As it is known in 2000 was developed and accepted the action plan known as e-Europe which motto is “One information society for all”. This plan is a part of the accepted by the European Commission in the meeting in Lisbon strategy for European economic modernization. The goal of this strategy is to transform the economic to one of the most dynamic and competitive in the world. The main task of the dissertation is to create preconditions and to introduce innovative educational technologies - virtual learning environments models in the system of higher education. |
