”Computerized Measurement System” (Measurement of Levels and Materials Recognition)
Abstract:  
The subject of the dissertation is related to automation of technological processes and more specifically to collecting and initial processing of information. The acoustic echo sounder principle is chosen, which is based on the effect of reflection. The object of this research is piezoelectric converters and their utilization as built-in control sensors. A recognition system for specific physical media and materials is developed through analysis of the reflected signal in temporal and frequency field.
For this purpose as a distinction characteristics cepstral coefficients are used, which are obtained from filtered spectral components of the reflected signal after applying the inverse Fourier transform over the logarithmic spectrum.
Two approaches are proposed for collecting information from a defined number of built-in control sensors.
A methodology is created for choice and designing of piezoelectric converters.
