Theoretical punctual contributions, referring to: systematization of the general problems of the educational technologies; method and algorithm for solving STP in universities, statically and dynamically, by means of “branch and bound” metaheuristic, where the principles of tabu list are used, with both formal and informal information use for underlying the decision of choosing between several equivalent variants, in the process of obtaining an acceptable solution; introducing of the “category” entity in the brunched structure test – item; introducing of the concept of “progressive assessment”; possibility of verifying whether the application chronometer has been blocked with a will by the examinee; applying the principles of negative marking by two methods: marking only certain response alternatives with negative points, and “measuring” the safety of the response; defining of a new rule in writing items: “Placing at the beginning of an item its most important part”; designing of the interfaces of the software applications according to the preparing level of the users. |
